About

Cassie Favreau-Chung is a Hawaii-born actress, singer and voiceover artist, with a special love for all things musical theatre. Her ethnic background (seven ethnicities to be exact!) is as diverse as her skillset, and a true testament to the cultural melting pot she grew up in. When Cassie’s not performing, you can bet she’s either rescuing dogs, researching real estate or taking actor headshots.

Cassie is also an Emmy-Nominated Executive Producer and film & television creative, with over 15 years of experience working in various facets of the entertainment industry, and is the Co-Founder and Creative Director for The Wonder Creative —a boutique marketing agency specializing in social media and digital marketing for businesses.

A passionate advocate for the arts, Cassie has spent many years as a volunteer and performer for various local theatres, as well as the Casting Society of America. She also worked as an Assistant and Associate Casting Director on movies and tv shows for Netflix, ABC, 20th Century Television, HBO and Fox Searchlight, and was fortunate enough to work under the wing of the incredible Colloff/Nicolo Casting team for Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Her love for entertainment also contributed to her entrepreneurial spirit and led her to specialize in actor and business headshots, as well as opened doors for her to work as a voiceover artist —where she amassed a wide array of clients and has been a regular voice talent for several TV stations. Her experience working as a Writer/Producer/Video Editor also allowed her valuable opportunities to connect with local non-profits, with whom she worked closely as the lead producer for the Good Things About Hawai‘i campaign.

Cassie graduated cum laude from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa with a B.A. in Creative Media and Minor in English with a focus on Creative Writing. She was also the recipient of the Grace Abernethy Screenwriting Award, where she was awarded a cash prize towards the production of her screenplay.

Supporting important causes such as autism awareness and inclusiveness, LGBTQIA+ rights, animal rescue and lung health are elemental to who Cassie is as a human, as each of those causes are near and dear to her heart. She firmly believes we are stronger when we are kind to others and strives to contribute to this world being a more inclusive place for all.

Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.
